This single vineyard Spring Mountain Cabernet is full bodied, yet bursting with fruit. Bright plum and black currant flavors linger over a smooth silky finish. The tannic structure is soft, with light minerality and a tiny bit of residual sugar. This is an unusual Cabernet but worth trying for open minded folks!

This Cabernet is a bit different for Napa. It had remarkable depth and deep concentration of dark red fruit and Cocoa notes with a fairly light Tanic structure. Didn’t get any of that zing, any of that slight bitter but it still wasn’t flabby. Didn’t catch any hint of green or herbs at all but finished with some dried violet flavors.
