Est-ce parce que c’est Wayne... tellement bon pour le prix ! Doux, se boit seul ou avec de quoi de pas trop charnu. Ça coule tout seul. Un peu plus sucré mais pas trop rond. Belle robe Wayne !!!

Dec 5th, 2021Well it’s an ok wine for a VQA Niagara wine. You know I don’t give enough props to my neighborhood wine makers. I would keep it on hand and share with just ok friends... just kidding it’s a good wine. Not a Great wine, haha, but decent. Alone was a bit sharp. But with food, salty Italian food, with olive oil, it’s fruity, darker berry complexity. On thé palette it’s jammy with black berry or black current. The finish is tart and flavourful, hits the back of the tongue. I like it.

Mar 8th, 2021It’s nice. Fruity nose like currants and blackberry and cherry. Taste also nice fruitiness with touch of cinnamon. Black currant, cherry, raspberry. Tannins present that open up.
