In the glass the Shades is a crisp lemon lime shade. You can definitely tell it’s Sauv Blanc dominated with passionfruit, tropical fruits, florals and herbaceous characters rising from the glass. In the mouth think juicy pears, star fruit, citrus and some fresh light herbs. Definitely a great match for seafood 🐙
