Again, rating largely irrelevant but this didn't just surpass expectations but demanded slow, contented and contemplative sips. The Clare Riesling is Crouchen, and it also has Pedro Ximénez in the blend. Acacia honey, wet wool and stewed stone fruits with enjoyable waxiness to the texture. A real surprise.
