Made by Shadowfax from dry farmed vineyard in Heathcote. Drunk at 16 degres service. Great aromtic on plum, black current, very fruity, few spices on the nose along with a great toast and darkness. Round attack, silky, fully ripe tannins, fruity and light weight. Great lenght

14% abv. A savory Shiraz. I enjoyed this with an O’Connor sirloin at Myrtle Wine Bar in Melbourne. The food is fantastic, staff is outstanding, the wine list is chock full of tasty nuggets from small producers. #MyrtleWineBar

This is a fantastic Shiraz from Heathcote in Victoria Australia. A medium bodied and balance Shiraz. Not the Barossa Valley fruit punch, more a lighter earthy taste but with nice hints of fruit.
