Willamette Valley Pinot Blanc

Second bottle. White floral nose, light citrus, orchard fruit and lactic flavors, mineral finish. Mostly dry, enough acidity but not too much. Good to sip on an evening with college football on TV and a thunderstorm outside.

Pale yellow white in color, excellent clarity. Sulfite and some funk initially in nose. Orchard fruit flavors, creamy leesy lactic and lemon finish with slight skin astringency. Lactic aftertaste. If you can get past the sulfites, this is really tasty, maybe a 9.2. Enough acidity here to stand up to most foods.

Winner. Every freaking time.

Probably the best Blanc I've had in this darn valley. Ermagahd. #gimmee

Tart apple & marzipan. Really long finish. Great white on a welcoming cool summer day in Seattle.

Dont ask why it took so long to drink it...dynamite! Plenty of acid still and picked up a lil nutty bit in the mid. 👌 @Ken Pahlow
