Gorgeous. Fragrant and deep. Cola, cherry, flowers, mulch. Tasted over 3 nights... And it's a good slow sipper because the nose and swirl keeps you from quaffing. My new favourite of the 4 vineyards of 2012 Hansel's I have had this year.

Jeff Meier- I really love the wines from this producer. Focused on Burgundy varietals, Walter Hansel has a restrained touch on Pinot Noir. Sour cherry, vanilla and strawberry preserve aromas with a silky smooth palate that balances all of the goodness of Pinot Noir.
