Walt always puts out solid pinots and this one is my vice. The sweet fruit notes on the nose and the blueberry and velvet like elixir on the palate is just a winning combination. That being said, it’s certainly a fruit forward style Pinot so if you’re looking for Burgundian traits, I’d look elsewhere.

Very rich, dark, and decadent pinot noir. Slutty. Black cherry liquor, raspberry cobbler, sweet oak tones, vanilla, mocha, spice. Fruits, oak dominate nose and palate. Alcohol (14.8%) comes forward on the finish with very modest acidity. Overall smooth and luscious texture. Not my personal fav but sometimes these wines just hit the spot.

Big fan of Anderson Valley for Pinot Noir! Good dark fruit flavors of dark cherry and rasberry. High alcohol and finish drops off rather quick, but Hall Wines is doing a nice job with this wine.

Gift. Ok. Light with decent balance and mild heat at the end.

First night in OT. Might like this more than the FEL.

Cranberry, raspberry, leather... With a crisp acidic finish. The wine does better with a few minutes to open.

A pepper Pinot, more like a mild Zin, but something special. Really like it

Sweet background, almost effervescent. Great value!
