May 25th, 2021We're drinking this about 4-5 years past the ideal date, but it's still very good. Very light nose, but nice matured and complex blend, lots of really dark cherry. A little sharp edge probably from the age.

Really nice, dark Syrah. Nice balance of fruit and pepper. Still could have held this one a bit longer but still really nice if you let it sit for a bit. Went pretty well with a burger too.
