Estate bottled Pinot without fining & filtration on March 14th 2011 after 10 month barrel ageing in French oak barriques. Wine is medium ruby-red in colour, offering lovely freshness, hints of plum, toasty oak, sweet dark cherries & touch of black pepper in the nose. Medium body w/ elegant acids &well rounded tannins. Good mouthful of straightforward berry flavors, nice balanced persistent finish, developed complexity. Drink now or up to three-five years (87/100)
