Paired this with Cajun shrimp and scallops cooked with veggies in olive oil- paired very nicely - this wine has finger lakes acidity and yet a touch of petrol often found in German wines. A great wine drinking by itself or pairing with dishes with olive oil base

Great Finger Lakes Riesling.. Always shows up on the top of the medal lists. Very nice everyday Riesling.

After the years in the bottle this has become a lovely well balanced wine. I usually don't enjoy semi sweet or semi dry, but this was really enjoyable.
