Wonderful finish to the evening. It didn’t have as much sweetness to it as I normally think Graham’s does. Mixed berry compote, graham cracker, nutty, and cherry liqueur infused fig. My guess here was late 80s/early 90s port.

Saline, fino, wild herbs, purple flowers and mushroom on the nose. Highly concentrated with a garnet rim. Moderate staining, high viscosity. Creme de cassis, black currants, with all forms of spearmint. Moderate plus acidity and moderate minus soft and well integrated tannins.

Cherry 🍒Chocolate 🍫. Absolutely silky and lush. Had this 17 years ago and I remember it being far more brawny. Has definitely mellowed with age. Still an amazing vintage.
