In the last year or so the 1980 seems to really be coming into the right drinking window. Needs a careful decanting. The glycerine sucks the cork right in if not careful.

Powerful and decadent aromas, very polished tannings and a long long mouthful. Keep or drink, wont improve much but will last many years still. Great port ! Thank you Marcelo for the thrill !

Dark rubi robe now fading a microscopical bit on the sides. Wonderful exotic nose followed by aromas of dark fruits, kirsch and cherries. Very long and bold on the mouth, tamed and civilized tannins on a long finish that makes you thirsty and wanting for more. 39 years old and its now very drinkable albeit really no rush. Wonderful Vintage Port !!!!

A merely good Graham's but not as much concentration as in the best years
