Very deep caramel with golden light edges. Bouquet of chocolate and int. Unctuous. Intense dried fruit, currants, prunes. Much more acidity and less honey/nuts than the recent 20 and 30 yr olds. Seems a different style even, but this particular bottle is from an earlier production. (It's more than 10 yrs old itself, maybe they've changed style?)

I want to say that I had the Port palate to appreciate this. But I don't.
