Seriously great champers. May not be for everyone, which is why I love it all the more. Biodynamic to the core since the late 90's, this is sharp as a razor, not as gamey as some previous vintages. Peppercorn and wet tobacco with a Poulsard-like fluorescent glow, decant and watch it change. Absolutely delish.
