Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Jalapeños, cut grass, lemons and yellow apple. Refreshing if not rewarding.

Loads of grass on day 1. By day two it was showing citrus, yellow flowers, jalapeño, and big acid.

Green peppers and grass. Some hints of lime and citrus.

Jalapeño aroma with heavy acid. Green apple and moderate oak finish.

The best bottling from this winery that I've ever tried. Elegant and restrained fresh flowers in the aromatics. A bit more weight on the palate this vintage while still maintaining low (11.5%) alcohol. First class.

I’m getting sick of Matua, so this is a nice, lighter balance. Costco . $12?

Almost has a scent of jalapeño! Smells delicious. Taste is clean and crisp. It isn’t sweet but tastes sweet on the palate. Very tasty and refreshing. Will definitely buy again.
