Toller Wein für den Preis. Den 2015er Mitte 2017 getrunken. Schmeckt mir besser als die üblichen Sauvignon Blanc Pfirsichfruchtbomben, da gute Säure und schön salzig im Gaumen. Auch grasig und zirtusig spritzig. Erinnert an einen jungen mineralischen Riesling.

Haven't had too many German SB.. But wow. Where fresh citrus and minerality meets funk, grass and wet wool. Wet slate, grapefruit, lime zest and spearmint leaves. Playful, refreshing and layered. #WINNING

This is blowing my mind. So fucking delicious and so affordable. High toned fruits laced with minerals, flowers, and awesome herbaceous notes. There's an almost leesy/beer foam element. Oro blanco, ripe melons, lime, orchard blossoms, slate, chervil, wintergreen. The palate is juicy without being overbearing. Acid is spot on and lip smacking yet not sharp. The texture is tingling and electric and very alive.

Pure, vibrant citrus fruit & light herbal aromatics. Great acidic structure demands food & this didn’t disappoint with salmon & fresh local asparagus. Wonderfully dry & each sip invites me back for more. I haven’t had too many German Sauvignon Blancs, but I’d happily get more based on this bottle.

GW Winning tasting 10/24/16. Crazy SV in Germany! Only a hint of grassiness in nose that's balanced by a flinty fruitiness. Body that's firm and acidic and finish is medium with salinity. Interesting. Stainless steel only. Tropical fruits. Tension. Be great with oysters and seafood.
