100% Sauvignon Blanc from various vineyards in Deidesheim, in the Pfalz (mostly Paradiesgarten, but there is also fruit from Deidesheimer Herrgottsacker and Kallstadter Steinacker). Fermented in stainless steel. Intense tropical fruit aromas and flavors. Guava on the nose. Passion fruit on the palate. Medium to full-bodied. Slightly sweet
