Spaulding Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

A great wine with our steak dinner.

Aged lovely. The tannins have softened. Floral and ripe raspberries and stewed blackberries. Leather, tobacco, and vanilla. Still noticeable acidity on the finish. Can’t wait to open another vintage.

Nice pop n pour. Middle school in style.

Even better than when I tasted it at the winery a couple of weeks ago. Still tons of time left. Totally dig the leathery tannins. Medium body with a dry finish. Restrained.

Delicious with a lot going for it. Has a few more years, but I'm not sure it could last 10, which is strange for a cab of this caliber.

Could age for another 10 years, but still fun right now!

Dusty, mineral and berry. Would be a good wine to let rest.
