Really nice! A great cab to drink on a cold night. Velvety finish. I dig this.

Really nice. Coco powder tannin. Deep, balanced offering. Drinks well now, but I would love to see what a couple of years does.

Exceptional Cab compared it to the 2014 blue rock and the 2013 WH Smith. It won. This is the next step up from Rudy Cab which is made by the Strasser family as well. Not sure I would pay almost 160% if the blue Rick price though.

Fruity and bountiful while still soft on the palate. Very enjoyable - drank on its own.

Blackberry, cassis, plums. A very lovely wine, especially at the price point.

Just not ready. Tried decanting for 2 hours which didn't help much at all. Totally locked up and tight, showing no fruit and just all tannins. It's on day 2 now and has relaxed enough to show some fruit, but the tannins are astringent and oak dominates. If I were to try this vintage again, I'd want to wait a few more years.

Still young and tannic. Better after day 2. However, the nose is wonderful: mulled raspberries, rose and a fresh earth. The pallet had cassis and cacao added to that. I imagine this to grow in complexity with more years. I'll be back.
