Better than the 16' Egon Kabi I feel. It's just so playful, deep, and incisive, with Grunhaus' trademark lightness. The nose feels really cool - smoke, mint, fresh cut herbs, sea breeze, citrus oil, cassis, and lime. As usual, the palate's very juicy and long. Leaves you craving for the next pour. Sadly, I brought a 750 ml to a 10 people dinner. Dream pairing with crispy roasted suckling pig though 🤤
