This is a delightful light juice. It tastes like a light Chardonnay. Not heavy, or buttery. Jennifer thinks it tastes like a good Chardonnay, heavier than a Sauvignon Blanc but not as heavy as a typical CA Chardonnay. Reminds me of a Burgundy Chardonnay. The funny thing is that it's a Sauvignon Blanc!! For Jennifer it's not a light summer drink but more for winter. She would get it again. If this were a Chardonnay we would rate it higher. For Jennifer as a Chardonnay she would rate it a 9 but as a Sauvignon Blanc she gives it a 8.5.
