Nice dry plum, fig, sage and purple floral nose. Dry blackberries, black plum, olallieberries. The fruit is really ripe and juicy. Touch of black cherry cola, dry roses, big acidity and soft spice and a juicy mineral finish.

Super atypical. Fizzy, secondary ferment-ish at opening; required an hour breathing after decant to mellow out. Also far earthier/mustier than anticipated. Not our jam at all. Drank with outstanding pork chop at NoPa.
