After reading the ratings for this year my expectations were very low. Opened boldly after decanting. Lots of flavor with very little tannins. I noted the cork was tightly sealed in the bottle so this could insure the longevity of this wine.

Tasty and correct if a bit simple. Mocha, tree bark, plush. No overt oak. A good dinner wine.
