Huge bouquet of plums and dark red cherries, sprinkled with hints of thyme and peppercorn. The nose betrays the wine, with a light, easily drinkable body of strawberries, cherries, and red plums, melding into vanilla and caramel on the mid-palate, and finishing with earth, mushrooms and a lasting impression of ripe blackberries.
