Strong nose of oak, vanilla, spices, lemons, red apples, citrus, butterscotch, caramel, melons and tropical fruits. Showing nice complexity on the nose.
Full-bodied, creamy and bold, with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with citrus, honeydew, apples, butter, vanilla, oak, spices, light earth and black pepper.
Nice length on the finish with limes and white pepper.
This is a nice oaky Chardonnay from Monterey, California.
Tasty, rich and enjoyable by itself. Not what I usually like, but I really enjoyed it, especially for the complexity on the nose. Nice wine to smell on. Not as oaky on the palate, which I liked.
This three year old shows nice complexity now. Better when not overly cold. A good quality wine.

A very nice and well structured Chard: lemon, vanilla cream and a citrus zing that just provides a nice little uptick at the finish. Great overall full mouthfeel after each sip - nice and muted on the nose, but hints of some oak. Really nice glass!
