Pale yellow in color. Guava sulfur and hay notes in nose, lemon soda, tangerine skin and creamy note in mouth with minerality and grapefruit finish. Rounded acidity and fruit true to variety. Better as a table wine perhaps

This Sauv Blanc is what I would think is the “typical” but I like it. Sometimes you just need a solid (cheap) go-to and I’m definitely a fan of this wine for that purpose.
