Ten year old white wine? Why not. Has aged fairly elegantly. Oxidized, sherry-like aromatics; apple skin, almonds and oranges. Could use a bit more acid to hold out this long, but would like to try it in its youth.

Oxidized bruised apple skin. Butterscotch, Creme brûlée med+ tannin orange blossom

Amberdextrous

2013. Qvevri wine (egg shaped amphora). Copper color. Flavor of apple skins and spices. Grippy texture. Forward but not overly aggressive.

Lots of tannins but still really easy to drink too fast

Still searching for something Qvevri wines don't pair with.

Much like squash, there are few things that handle spice and sweetness so deliciously as Qvevri wines.

Too young, but crazy how fresh considering the Qvevri method.

Definitely peaty, smokey, and has bold raisin/dried fruit flavor in the finish. Let it open up, the aromas come through. Wonderful wine

Great wine. Amber, tart, beautiful texture, and dry. Well rounded flavors of stone fruit.
