Canary Islands. This wine is 🔥. a singular style for sure. Drinks Like a ripe-ish northern Rhone grown on a volcano. Smoky, mineral, red and blue fruits. Fairly funky and reductive on opening, needs quite a bit of air. Spectacular on day two from the fridge.
