Zublena Erbaluce
Decanted for a good few hours (kind à needs it) some lovely wood spices, orchard fruit, caramel and an alpine breeze/ saline mineral character. In the mouth there's a fair amount of grip, flavoursome oxidised orchard fruit with a mineral core, plenty of fresh, saline acidity, hard to describe but very drinkable stuff given the time to shine.

This was interesting enough to be great. And vice versa. Nowhere near accurate to anything re terroir or varietal that I have tried, but a balanced, unique wine nonetheless. Chalk, crushed vitamin pills, green mountain herbs. Want more.
