Had no idea what this was and wasn't expecting anything. Had to look into it and, after tasting, not surprised to find out this is The Cal-Ital producer if there is one. Spiced cherries, walnut skin, and dry earth, with great overall balance.

Sour cherry, pomegranate, & cranberry mesh well with black tea & sun dried tomato. Silky mouthfeel, subtle oak, and a lasting finish left me with a far more elegant Amador experience then I was expecting.
