I'm not sure it speaks of Etna in the same dialect as most of the other wines from there, but it's super delicious

Just another vin nature. The natural wine movement prides itself in the ability of their wines to express their terroir. Most often, just like with this wine, they express vin nature. A slight hint of aceton, nothing of the vibrant fruit each of the nerello grapes is capable of giving. It does have depth, nice balance, but it could also be a bold version of a Beaujolais nature. So advocates of natural wine will love it. For me, please real wine!
