Knockout Etna rosso! Single vineyard quervi wine snagged on our winery visit (which was both enchanting and thoroughly pleasant, XL grazie to Ambra). The quervi aspect lends a wild, animal pulpiness and the non nerello field blend varietals round out this very harmonious, very serious wine. More proof that 2020 is an incredible vintage for Etna (and all of Sicily imo)
