Clear yellow color with hint of light orange.
First aroma: apple, apricot, citrus, lemon.
Then, the scents changed as barrel, vanilla, woody nuance, cigar, olive, olive oil, marmalade, yeast, pickles, (and hint of animal ).
Crispy vivid acid, mild fruitiness, soft sweetness, and minerals. Good matured mild bitterness and Umami, with nuance of barrel and apples. Complex and comfortable. Good one!
