Buoyant scents of plum, tomato, wild berry, boiled egg or boiled pork, apricot, cabbage, flint stones, vinegar, match, fireworks, red flower.
Sweet and sour attack, crispy rich acid, good amount of mineral, fruitiness , complexity and freshness. It,s fun!
