Flowers & minerality on the nose. A burst of flavor, then immediately to the long bitter citrus peel finish that lingers on your tongue like a sip of brandy. Pretty cool.

Portuguese wine tasting at D'Canter. Very sweet smell, but minerality on flavor. Good to pair with (salty) seafood to balance acidity. Also less sweet w cheese, raisins.
