Excellent and well structured cab. All about those smoky notes with cedar and cigar box. Black cassis. This will age nicely.

2 hour decant (lots of fine/cloudy sediment). An imposing dark purplish garnet color. On the nose: cassis, cedar, vanilla, dark plum, sandlewood. Taste: smooth, creamy, velvety wine with dark plum, smokey chocolate, touch of blueberry and a herbal tea dry finish...tannic kick. YUM! Drinks well with the needed decant, but really has time to go to see if it will fully come together. .

Showed the best in the tasting today. Not a rough edge to be found. You could drink a few bottles of this with or without food very quickly. No wonder it got a 99.
