Good amount of oak with this SB. Notes of lemon and white nectarine. Nice minerality. Slightly bigger style SB and the oak will hold this for a few years. Enjoyed it.

Too much oak for my palate. It turns this wine into a key-lime, mango/melon expression which is simply just not my taste. I am sure plenty of people in this world like an Oaked American SB, I am just not one of them.
