Fresh from the boat organic grape Chilean Cab. Quite young too. Ruby red. Smells like sweets and forests. Flavors are balanced. Fairly acidic. Plenty of smooth juicy fruit (blackberry and very ripe strawberries) and a hint of smoke. Not any green pepper, maybe some roasted sweet red pepper. Very smooth for young as this Cab. It’s pretty good though.
