Stellar bottle. Perfume with ripe pear and honey. Great, bright acidity. Almost a little peppery. Super complex. Reminds me of a Dragonette SB from Happy Canyon.

Tasted blind - Crushed green sweet tarts, gravel, green apple skin, and lime. Medium minus with underripe green apple. High acid and minerality carry and pronounced finish.
