妖艶でかつ伸びやかさのある香り。焼いた樽のような香ばしさもあり、香りについて言えばどこか良質のカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンを思わせる。ジューシーで軽やさもあり、エレガント。やはりブルゴーニュ赤はコート・ド・ニュイだな、と思わせる一本。
