Sep 23rd, 2017Beautiful overall with upfront dark fruits and very nice aromatics.
A tiny bit of (dusty) tannins kicking in at the finish makes me think to enjoy this in the next few years.

May 22nd, 20162007, 14.7 is the most amount of alc. I have ever seen in his wine. But this thing is SPECTACULAR! He has a knack for making extremely elegant, yes elegant, Zin. Boysenberry, warm strawberry and a long fine finish. I would have never guessed it had almost 10 yrs on it.

May 21st, 2016Interesting. Not what was expected but still pleasantly surprised. Cherry but not overly. Earthy and had different characteristics than a zin usually. Good for the price. Would get again when we stock up.
