Great Chardonnay. Lemons, cream, fresh grass, touch of stone fruit, maybe apricots, just coats the palate then pretty significant acid with oyster shell and rock mixed with lemons and limes. Love it!

Jun 7th, 2024Tasting good. Nose has some flowers, lemon, hay. Palate I keep coming back to beeswax, brioche, honeysuckle, lemon cream, there’s good acidity from underripe pear. Pretty nice to drink.
