Six year old Carignan is fascinating! Great fruit that has more leather, dried rose, golden raisins, plums, and dried strawberry. Very complex with excellent acidity and still some tannin. Tasting great at 6 years!

Jul 1st, 2019Wow! This is different from years past. Fruit is excellent but now has an herbal spice and just tiny hint of oak which gives an awesome full mouthfeel. Can’t wait to see how this evolves over the next few years.
