A 2009 I've been holding for the right night. Spent the day bottling and needed a nice white to settle down with tonight to pair with Shrimp al ajillo... Nice to see how it's aging. Viscous and broad with fused oil up front and a nice acidity on the backside.

A lovely Garnacha Blanca out of Somontano; much more expressive in fruit and acidity than Grenache from the area. A great example of the finesse that this region can produce.
