Very enjoyable wine - tart raspberries, wet stones, tannic, high acidity.

I would give this gal some time. It was fairly tannin based so it needs some time in the bottle. It went very well with a blood sausage pasta. The floral notes like violets will only get better over time. Almost cab franc like.

This 2010 Milos Plavic was recommended to me. As far as Slavic/Dalmation/Croatian wines go, this one was light but acidic. 2 hours open and it's more drinkable and soft. Still, not my bag, baby.
