Tonight's dinner is a meat lasagna so I thought I'd find something with a bit of structure. I grabbed this La Mision Reservation '04 Cab Sauvignon from William Fevre. I'm definitely a fan of the cost to quality ratio for Chilean wines! Tasting notes: colour is a brick red, nose has blackberry, currants and a hint of tobacco. The fruits are very present, not overshadowed by the tannins at all. I'm guessing it could still sit for 4-5 years without a worry but it is drinking we'll now!
