Viña Tarapacá
Gran Reserva Valle de Leyda Pinot Noir

Initially fruity taste wiped out by a throat- cutting after burn.

The pinot noir 2013 is not my favourite. Didn't finish the bottle. Felt like it burnt a little going down. Fruity flavour.

Very amateur attempt at the story doesn't back up the result. Fruit was over fermented and barrel added aftertaste of burnt wood mustiness.
I am a grat fan of SA wines and one of my all time best PN finds was Caitec from Patagonia.
This was a disappointment.

Smells like a musty, moldy barnyard and the smell didn't dissipate even after 12+ hours in a glass. Brett, perhaps? Needless to say, I couldn't drink it. Disappointed.
