A blend of 84% Cab Sauv & 16% Petit Verdot. Founded in 1996 by Hans Nef, who came from a rural village outside of Zürich, along with associate R. Michel, also from SUI. Aromas of dark fruits and woodsy spice. On the palate blueberry and jammy cherry flavors with cacao and sweet candy notes. Dusty tannins with a bit of an edge, medium ending with an oak finish.

Great find…definitive Paso Cab but bigger, hearty dark berry flavor than most, full palate balanced, managed tannins - nice value for the price…drink again with beef…

Mediocre cab. sauv. Not original, merely middle road. Wouldn't purchase another bottle.

Nice legs with a deep lush burgundy. Oak, raspberry, leather on nose. Mouthfeel smooth and firm. Taste oak, tannic sour(maybe) acidic, leather, blackberry, dry, black pepper. Good wine at $20. People compare my wine to big cabs all the time and I see why. I think if this aged a couple of more years it would be great.

Lovely dusty nose, balanced deep fruit make this a classic Napa cab although this one comes from Paso Robles. Tastes like Berlinger Knights Valley with a bit of age. Served off the coast of France..

Great on the nose, blackberry is the first whiff. For us it was a spicy finish, could have let it sit for a little bit longer

My favorite. Not crazy oaky, somewhat dry finish. Very drinkable
