When I first smelled it I thought oh God it’s going to taste like Marlborough sauvignon Blanc. It smelled like sweet pink apples. But then! It was dry, tart, mineraly. More like mackintosh apples. Yum.

Mild, dry sauvignon blanc. Good and very drinkable, not a lot to it but we enjoyed it. Had with chilaquiles!
